The integrated touch panel, which is optionally available to handle R&D standard tasks, can be moved linearly and tilted flexibly. A dedicated OPUS-TOUCH R&D software is installed in the panel PC for simplified work flow and intuitive operation. Moreover, OPUS-TOUCH can also be operated on external mobile touch pads, available from Bruker. In case of high-end R&D applications a desktop PC can also be connected.
Incredible but true! Bruker’s innovative MultiTectTM detector technology for up to 5 room temperature detectors, such as MIR or FIR DTGS, InGaAs, Si diode or GaP, enables to cover the entire spectral range from FIR to UV/VIS. An additional DigiTectTM user exchangeable detector position allows for usage of LN2 cooled, fast, high gain or other special detectors.
INVENIO can be optionally configured with a second transmission channel for fast and convenient mid IR measurements, such that e.g. bulky research setups in main compartment don’t have to be removed. The TransitTM channel includes a dedicated MIR DTGS board level detector. The MATRIX series' award winning design protects the optics in a dedicated sealed compartment. The permanently aligned RockSolid™ interferometer and Digitect™ detector electronics ensure high quality spectra, even in the harshest environments. Although the instrument is designed for a process environment, its small footprint can also make it an ideal instrument for laboratory-based applications.
The MATRIX-MF offers Bruker's proprietary quick connector design (BQC) ensuring easy and reproducible fiber optic probe exchange, providing reproducible results. Utilizing the automated built-in multiplexer up to 6 reactions can be monitored by a single instrument.

The MATRIX-MF can be used as a standalone system in your lab. Its small footprint allows it to fit into standard 19 inch racks in process enclosures. The system can be controlled by wide range of industry standard communication protocols and interfaces (such as 4-20 mA, OPC, Modbus, Profibus DP etc.) which makes integration into a process system simple.
The OPUS Validation Program (OVP) can execute a series of performance tests utilizing the built-in automated filter wheel. The hardware performance and the consumables are monitored to determine the operation within desired specifications.
